Langeler Damm im  August 2006  mit dem Prachtbau.  Für die Langeler ist es die "Villa". Es ist ein Gutsherrenhaus.
Die letzten  "Gutsherren"  stellte die Stadt Köln.  Nun sollen es  Eigentumswohnungen werden.
